The Door Youth Project, Stroud
3 days / 22.5 hours per week
£10.24 – £10.92 per hour (£19,694 – £21,000 p.a. pro rata)
This is a great opportunity to join our amazing charity and highly-committed team, dedicated to supporting young people and their parents. A new role generated by the expansion of the charity.
We are looking to recruit an Administration Coordinator for our busy Intensive Support team. The team delivers a wide range of mentoring and support services to young people and families.
Duties include handling referrals into the service, managing the team’s diaries to schedule assessment, matching and review meetings. As well as coordinating the recruitment and training of volunteer mentors. And ensuring that processes are duly followed and appropriate records kept.
You’d also assist with the general administration of the office.
The Door is a Christian youth charity, established in 1991 in Stroud, Gloucestershire for the benefit of all young people aged 11 to 25 and their families. It’s a place where every young person and their parents can feel safe, happy and valued, with the best possible opportunity to reach their potential.
If you’re an experienced administrator with good communication skills and the ability to influence and have a concern for the issues facing young people today, this could be the role for you.
