Visit the news page, follow us on Instagram @TheDoorCam or find The Door on Facebook for live updates and school holiday timetables.

Kingshill Youth Club is a free, open-access space for all young people aged 11–17.

Come and hang out with friends, make new ones, have fun, and chat with our friendly youthworkers if you need support.

There’s no pressure to join in with anything — activities like cooking, karaoke, and games are always on offer, but you’re equally welcome to just chill. You can arrive and leave during the session whenever suits you.

If you have any questions about youth club you can use the chat below if the team are online, call 01453 756745 or visit our contact page to send us an email.

First Time Visitor?

First time visitors are always welcome! Whether you come on your own or with friends we’d love to see you.

How much does it cost to get in? All our Youth Clubs are free!

Do I have to register to come to youth club? In order to keep everyone safe and in case of an emergency all young people attending The Door should complete our online registration form. This must be completed within 3 visits of our centres.

Your Local Youth Worker

Hi I’m Noah and I’m the Senior Youth worker for Cam and Dursley.

I’ve been part of The Door team since 2020 and oversee all our youth work activities in Cam and Dursley including youth clubs and visiting Rednock School.  Away from The Door I play basketball, enjoy hiking in nature and camping.

I’d be more than happy to answer any questions you might have about coming to youth club so feel free to get in touch using the button below if there’s anything you want to know.

Access and Inclusion

We want every young person to feel welcome and included in all our youth spaces. Here’s what you need to know about accessibility at Kingshill Youth Club — and please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions not covered here.

Access To Buildings:Please contact us for details.

Toilets: Please contact us for details.

Diet / Medical: When registering, please include any dietary or medical needs so our team can be prepared. During sessions, please make sure you or your young person can clearly communicate any dietary requirements to staff.

All food is prepared in shared kitchens. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that food will be allergen-free.

Please be aware that our team are unable to administer or assist with medication, treatment, or personal care except in an emergency. If you have any concerns, please get in touch with us before attending.

Neurodiversity: Our team of professional youth workers have a wealth of experience supporting young people with a wide range of neurodivergent conditions and additional learning needs. We’d encourage you to share any relevant needs with the team in advance or on arrival — the more we know, the better we can support you. Most sessions have quieter areas available even during busy evenings, and some centres run dedicated “Quiet Sessions” — see the timetable for details.

Carers/ Support Workers: If you or your young person need to be accompanied by an adult in order to attend sessions, please contact the team to arrange an introduction before your first session. All adults attending The Door’s youth clubs will need to complete a simple safeguarding induction before they can stay in session.

First Visit Support: We know that coming somewhere new or meeting new people can feel daunting, so if you’d like to arrive a few minutes early to meet a youthworker and see the space before your first session, we’d be really happy to make that happen. Just get in touch with the team to arrange.
