October has included lots of great fun activities across our Youth Centres, sessions focusing on Mental Health as well as positive coping strategies like art and exercise.

Over in Avening the young people have enjoyed playing games and putting together a collaborative piece of art for Autumn

Young people, volunteers and Staff from Stroud were on hand to give out medals and finishers t-shirts at the Stroud Half Marathon.

Also in Stroud the youthwork team took to the fields as part of the Five Valleys Fireworks – supporting local Rotary Groups by looking out for the youth at this ever popular annual event.

As always food has played a big part in youth sessions, at The Vibe Jon discovered that yes you can make a curry pizza on a nann bread and in Stroud they have been baking treats.
