The successful candite will be JNC professionally qualified, with a proven track record in community based youth work and experience of needsbased relational youthwork.

The salary for the role is JNC 11 – £20,591 per annum.

We are looking for a full-time Focused Intervention Youthworker to join the team and develop our relational youthwork model in the following areas:

 

 

• Offering support and advice to help disengaged young people move towards education or employment
• Equipping and enabling young people into volunteer roles
• Providing positive social activities such as discussion groups, sports groups, behaviour management
• Working with local schools to provide lunchtime activities aimed at growing confidence and self-esteem
