The Door’s Annual Celebration and Awards Night, held at the Stroud Subscriptions Rooms on Tuesday 28th November 2023 seeks to bring together all aspects of the community in which The Door works and serves. With guests including everyone from the young people and families we support to our volunteers, staff, financial supporters and stakeholders it’s the once-a-year opportunity for the whole Door family to get together and celebrate.Throughout the evening 30 Golden Hinge Awards were presented by The Door’s Trustees.
Awards are given to those who have made significant progress in their lives through their support, made significant contributions to the life of The Door and for those that have had a significant impact on their local community.
Guest speakers this year included Mary Hutton, CEO of NHS Gloucestershire and the Bishop of Gloucester: Rachel Treweek
