As we approach the end of another jam-packed year at The Door I am amazed yet again at the impact we’ve had and the growth that we’ve seen.
Hundreds of young people, parents and families have been positively impacted by the support they have received from our teams.
As the need for our services has continued to rise we have been blessed to be able to increase our staff and volunteer teams. And what an incredibly talented and committed bunch they are too.
In recognition of the quality and outcomes of our work, The Door has benefitted from numerous commissions, contracts and funding awards. We are well placed as we go into 2024 to bring our innovative and effective support solutions to many more in need across the Stroud and Cotswold Districts.
None of this would be possible of course without the blessings that have been poured out onto us and our faithfulness to following where we are guided. Also the dedication, commitment and hard work from all our staff and volunteers as well as those who provide financial support and prayer. Many of them often go unseen but every one of you is invaluable to making The Door the outstanding charity that it is today.
So from both of us, we want to extend our deepest gratitude for all that everyone contributes to the work of The Door.
Our prayer for the coming days is certainly that everyone has a blessed, peaceful and most of all restful and refreshing Christmas break.
We’ll be back again in the new year.
Have a blessed Christmas and a prosperous 2024.
