Bid Writer:
The Door, Stroud, Gloucestershire.
Part-time, 15 hours/week, can be worked flexibly.
£14.39 – 15.81 per hour.

We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Bid Writer to join our Business Development Team.  As part of the team you’d be responsible for generating income from The Door’s fundraising portfolio to meet our budgeted current and future service delivery needs, and specifically for raising income from grants and trust funds.

You’ll be an excellent written communicator, with the ability to compose accurate, concise and persuasive prose, strong administrative and relationship management skills, experience of working with budgets and a good eye for detail.  You should have experience of writing successful funding bids and reports.  A detailed understanding of the wider funding environment in the voluntary sector is also highly desirable.

This role is home-based and ideal for a skilled bid writer who needs flexible hours.
