Reasons to be thankful

Funding to explore Digital Youthwork and extend telephone mentoring has been secured this week.

The team had a successful Half term including the trip to see the Knife Angel in Gloucester which went well.

We have been chosen as charity of the year for a local business in Dursley.

Tuesday 28th February
Please continue to pray for wisdom and the necessary funding as the youthwork team explore options in the Cotswolds.

Wednesday  1st March
Today please pray for Jenny as she officially starts in her new role at The Door as our Fundraising Manager.

Thursday 2nd March
Please pray for wisdom and inspiration for our trustees and directors as they meet to discuss The Door’s ongoing governance.

Friday 3rd March
Today please pray that the right candidates for both our paid and voluntary vacancies will come forwards.

Saturday 4th March
Today please pray for encouragement for those engaging in ‘giving up’ or ‘taking up’ something during lent.

Sunday 5th March
Our next group of volunteer mentors will be completing their training next week. Please pray that they will be filled with the energy to meet their new mentees soon.
