The Youthwork theme for April was ‘Take A Break’ and has been focussed on stress awareness, here’s what we have been up to.

Avening had an evening of stress busting games including capture the flag and spent time making posters about people they can talk to if they are feeling worried.

Kit Kats a plenty were available throughout the centres in return for stress reducing tips and tricks from young people.

 

The young people in North Nibley enjoyed a games night including giant Jenga 

Young people have also been encouraged to think about the positive things in their life and ways that they can use them to reduce stress.

 

 Stroud town continue to enjoy Wednesday night dinners with roast chicken, cheesy pasta and fish cakes on the menu while during the Easter Break the team headed out on a Lazer Tag adventure (read more here)

 

 

Meanwhile over in Stonehouse the team took part in the St George’s day celebrations with a face painting stand as well as promoting new sessions at The Pod
