Throughout October we are following members of The Door team through their #OnlyAtTheDoor Days . For the second week we followed Alistair our Mentoring Team Leader.

Here’s just some of what he got up to:

First things first. As with every Thursday at The Door. As many of The Door team as possible come together to catch up on what other departments have been doing and to Pray for the week ahead

Next on the agenda a meeting with Jess and Barrie to discuss our new ‘The Door To The Future’ project working with care leavers in the Stroud District

Today is turning out to be busy! Here I am with a new potential mentor, signing up to volunteer with us ready for the next training course.

My Final meeting today: a matching meeting where I will introduce a young person to their mentor for the first time and set them up for their mentoring journey.
