… And breathe! Christmas and New Year are over, for another year at least. Remember, look back and count the memories and not the cost.

Now that we are officially in 2016, the ‘January Sales’ can begin! Tranzform is open again from Monday 4th January and will be full of our usual deals as well as some New Year bargains, which are often welcome after the expense of Christmas! Keep little ones amused during the long evenings with a book – all Children’s books are just 50p and they are still Buy One Get One Free!

While you are still enjoying the amazing gifts that Father Christmas brought, don’t worry about the strange object from Great Aunt Mary! There is no need to hide it in the back of a cupboard, just bring it into Tranzform and you never know, to someone else it might be just what they have been looking for! Or perhaps Great Aunt Mary will buy it back and give it to you next year!

Don’t forget if you have been given brand new toys and clothes this year and your old ones are looking less great, don’t throw them away! Why not bring them in and we can use them to raise funds to support the brilliant work of The Door, and of course when you bring them in you never know what treasures you might find.

“I hope that in this year to come, you make mistakes. Because if you are making mistakes, then you are making new things, trying new things, learning, living, pushing yourself, changing yourself, changing your world. You’re doing things you’ve never done before, and more importantly, you’re doing something.”  Neil Gaiman
