Are you passionate about transforming the lives of young people?
The Door is excited to present this opportunity to join our long standing, highly regarded and impactful youth work charity accredited by the National Youth Agency. We are looking to appoint an inspiring Head of Youth Services to lead our Youth Work Delivery Team, champion outstanding youth work practice, and oversee our Christian outreach programme.
You’ll provide operational leadership and management, ensuring high-quality, impactful delivery and strong partnerships with key stakeholders while embedding our Christian values and ethos. If you are an experienced manager of youth work delivery with a genuine passion for supporting young people to thrive, this role presents a rare opportunity to join our thriving and committed team delivering high quality youth work.
Note: This role carries a Genuine Occupational Requirement under Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010 for the postholder to be a practising Christian.
