Nature of this agreement:
This charter aims to ensure that the relationship between The Door and its volunteers is clear to both parties and does not create a contract of employment nor a legally-binding obligation.

Either party may withdraw from volunteering activities at any time.

Both parties recognise and understand the importance of carrying out our  responsibilities towards each other to the best of our abilities and acknowledge that volunteering may be suspended if either party is not fulfilling their commitments to the other
