I hereby agree that I will not at any time either during my employment/assignment or after its termination use, communicate or reveal to any person, any secret or confidential information, including business, structure or financial information, concerning the Company, its suppliers or service users which shall have come to my knowledge during the course of my employment/assignment. I shall also use my best endeavours to prevent the publication or disclosure of such information. I also agree that I will not use the Company’s confidential information for my own benefit or for the benefit of any other person, firm, company or organisation.

The restrictions in these paragraphs will not apply to information disclosed for the purpose of making a protected disclosure within the meaning of Part IVA of the Employment Rights Act 1996, or to a relevant pay disclosure made in compliance with section 77 of the Equality Act 2010.

I also agree that following the termination of my employment/assignment, I will make no attempt to contact service users of The Door that I have engaged with in the course of my employment/assignment, and will not respond to any attempts from them to contact me other than to confirm that I am no longer work for The Door. I will not at any time provide them with my personal contact details.

All documents, materials, hardware and software provided to you by The Door for use during your employment/assignment, and all information and documents produced by you during your employment/assignment, and produced, stored or maintained on The Door’s computer systems or other equipment (including mobile phones, PDAs and tablets) are the property of The Door.

I hereby confirm that I have returned to The Door all its property that was allocated to me during my employment/assignment, and that I have deleted from my personal devices all personal information held concerning any of The Door’s service users. I have disclosed all passwords for my Door accounts and access codes for the devices I have returned.
