The Door are always delighted to join in with National Volunteers Week Celebrations from 1st – 7th June. We simply wouldn’t be able to do without our incredible team of volunteers and each year we do what we can to say thank you!

This year The Door’s staff teams not only sent out thank you cards to all our volunteers but also hosted two fabulous sunshine-filled events.

On Friday 6th June we enjoyed tea, cake and lots of chat with young leaders, shop volunteers and mentors in our offices in Stroud.

Then in place of their usual monthly training sessions our volunteer mentors and their partners gathered for a Summer Social BBQ – with lots of tasty treats and plenty more chatter!
