Reasons to be thankful

Last week we enjoyed celebrating Volunteers’ Week.

We received a number of generous grants and donations towards our work.

Isak made great connections for illuminate at a conference.

Prayers for the week

Monday 9th June
Today, please pray for the continuing work of the illuminate team as they welcome Bishop Rachel to a session.

Tuesday 10th June
We are joined by 5 work experience students this week.  Please pray they have a great time with us.

Wednesday 11th June
We have a new member of staff starting today.  Please pray that their induction goes well.

Thursday 12th June
Today please continue to pray for those responsible for proposing and agreeing next year’s budget.

Friday 13th June
As our youthworkers start working with Year 6 (primary school leavers) classes this week, please pray for positive engagement with their sessions.

Saturday 14th June
Please pray that we will continue to receive the funds that we need to carry out our work.

Sunday 15th June
Today please pray for all the young people and parents supported by The Door to know they are valued and cared for.
