Family Support Team Leader

The Door has an exciting opportunity to join our multiple award-winning team in a role which involves heading up our ground-breaking work supporting young people’s families.  You would be responsible for a small team of staff and volunteers delivering innovative programmes such as Family Face Time and the ‘Triple P’ Positive Parenting Programme, as well as having your own small case load, and leading on our ‘Door to the Future’ initiative for care leavers.  You should be an experienced team leader with excellent communication skills and appropriate professional qualifications and/or experience.  The role is based in our Stroud office, but will involve a limited amount of travel around the Stroud district for which you will need your own transport.
